Sizes range 12-20lbs. They come packaged in a bag similar to what we use for our chickens. The birds will be ready to go mid-late October. The neck is included in the cavity of the bird. The heart, liver, and gizzard are available upon request. 
 
We move the turkeys across our land in large paddocks weekly. They love to forage in the grass for insects, and they fertilize our land along the way!
